  10. Does anyone know where I could obtain information regarding the orbits of
  11. satellites?  The objective is to try to calibrate an atmospheric radar
  12. using a satellite with a known cross section.  In order to do this, I need
  13. to know which satellite passed directly overhead a certain point on the
  14. ground at a given time and altitude.  I suppose NORAD would have this
  15. kind of data.  But does someone know of a contact there?
