  14. Wouldn't it be possible to have a beanstalk terminus in Nevada just as long as
  15. you had a complimentary terminus an equal distance south of the equator, to
  16. form a dual stalk beanstalk?  As I envision this thing, there would be a single
  17. upper terminus, located directly above the equator, and the lines descending
  18. from it would have a catenary shape.  Of course, it would be difficult enough
  19. doing a beanstalk to a terminus on the equator, but as long as we are dreaming
  20.  ...
