  15. In a recent press release, I discovered that my name was listed as a Supporter
  16. of the Nucleon Cluster Model put forth by Clustron Sciences, Corp.  No
  17. permission to use my name in that press release was given.  I am demanding that
  18. a retraction be made and printed.

  20. Furthermore, any use of my name in association with the Nucleon Cluster Model 
  21. or with the Clustron Sciences, Corp. is unauthorized.
