- Radio Shack is now selling a True RMS voltmeter for only $99. It is a
- "benchtop" type, but uses batteries. It also measures frequency (to 4 MHz),
- capacitance, and has a unique "Auto ID" transistor checker:it will identify
- the leads (E,B,C), NPN or PNP, and then the beta. Great for all those "what
- in the world is this thing" parts.
-
- It has all the nice "Fluke" features as well: peak hold, bar graph display,
- rel/min/max readings, and something most Flukes dont have, a dBm scale for
- audio measurements.
-
- You can't beat the price, either. Check it out!
