  21. Actually, since the normal (non-storm) wind pattern in the So. Bay is
  22. from the bay, through the valley, out into the central valley.  East
  23. bay pollution does affect our air quality.

  27. : measurements?  Last week the Chron was prediciting worse air quality
  28. : than actually happened.

  30. Actually the BAAQMB is claiming that the pollution was lower than
  31. predictions because they got the word out to people to pollute less
  32. (e.g. drive less, not have BBQs, etc) and they did.  I don't know what
  33. evidence they had to support this claim, but it is what they claim.
