  13. Am about to write a program does dynamic balance of rotating machinery
  14. (multiplane, multispeed, linear systems), and am looking for existing
  15. solutions. Can anyone point me to some existing (source) code that does 
  16. this? Was recently told of a program called ROBAL that matches this 
  17. description. Anyone heard of this?
