  17.            FELLOWSHIP  OPPORTUNITY  IN STRUCTURAL  MECHANICS

  21.     A fellowship for a duration of three years is available for advanced 
  22. work in the field of "Composite Structural Mechanics" in the department of 
  23. Civil Engineering, Washington University in St. Louis. The fellowship would pay a monthly stipend not less than $ 1500 a month and full tution. 
  24. Only U.S. Citizens are eligible. We are seeking a Civil or Mechanical 
  25. Engineering graduate student interested in pursuing a doctoral program.

  27.     The fellowship is awarded by the Office of Naval Research undr the 
  28. EPSCoR ( Experimental Program to Stimulate Competitive Research) and is attached
  29. to a parent ONR Grant awarded to Professor S. Sridharan.
