  25. i am under the impression that a TX P.E. will have reciprocity with other
  26. states IF he receives/received his license via the E.I.T./P.E. dual exam
  27. route.  in other, the 'good-ole-boy' way wont give you that reciprocity.

  30. way (no P.E. exam).
