- I discovered that there is a list called TQM-L@UKANVM.BITNET (subtitled
- TQM in higher education). That might appear to leave out those of us
- industry, but perhaps a couple could join and test the waters.
- I second the desire to have a discussion place for the methodologies
- (and would include design of experiments/factor analysis).
