  14. AND GOT ZERO RESPONSE. I AM NOT SURE IT MADE IT PAST THE LOCAL NODE. ))

  16. I am looking for a source for a device or circuit board which would perform
  17. the following functions or some part thereof:

  19. 1. Digitally store about 5 seconds of NTSC video (low res/ B/W). (A total
  20.             of about 80 frames would be adequate)
  21.  
  22. 2. After 5 seconds, store the next 5 seconds into the same
  23.    memory as the first five seconds.  Repeat until interrupted.
  24.             (essentially the same function as a loop tape in an audio recorder)
  25.  
  26. 3. If interrupted, save the most recent 5 seconds until power is switched off.
  27.  
  28. 4. After interrupt and on command output the last 5 seconds of video in 
  29.    NTSC format. 
  30.  
  31. 5. Operation on 12 V preferred.
  32.  
  33. 6. Should be free standing and not require a dedicated PC.
  34.  
  35. Such gadgets are readily available for audio applications but is a video 
  36. version available yet????
