- I have at least 50 PC boards that were part of (I think) some kind of
- CT scanner made by (or marketed by) GE. These boards have Raytel
- systems corporation on the silkscreen. They are 12 inches wide and
- 15 inches long.
-
- This system (which was donated) was never put together, and included
- about a dozen b&w monitors and a few keyboard consoles, and some
- boards have been scavanged for parts. Some boards have 1983 marked on
- them, and some parts are circa 1985.
-
- If anyone out there has the need for some of these boards (as replacements
- for a working unit) then I'm sure we can do business.
- Otherwise what is the net-wisdom for doing mass-desoldering on these
- boards? Also, a brief description of the following IC's would be
- appreciated...
-
- 74LS:
- 491,645,299,640,670
-
- And some PAL's:
- Texas Instruments TIBPAL16R8-15CN
- unknown-> MMI PAL20L8ACNS
- (are these pal's useful/re-usable?)
-
- Memory:
- Mitsubishi M5M4C264P (24 pin .4" wide)
- M5M4256P (16 pin)
- NEC: D41264C
-
- Some AMD stuff:
- AM2966PC, P8259A, P8253, 8151
-
- And a really big chip:
- (Signetics?) SCC63484C8N64001U (64 pin dip)
