  13.      I've been told by a TV repairman that my 13" color tv needs a new
  14. power relay controller chip. The chip is a NEC UPC1394C and he says it'll
  15. cost about $75! I find that hard to believe so I'm turning to the net for
  16. help. Anybody know anything about this chip? Is it really a power relay 
  17. controller? Where can I get a new one? Where can I get the specs on this
  18. chip just to satisfy my own curiosities? How much should I expect to pay for
  19. this chip? Thanks in advance for any help that anyone can offer!
