- As you can guess from the title, Hessen thinks that the corporate
- form is good.

- I can't remember the details of his argument, but it was essentially
- along the lines that all of the features of a corporation are
- consistent with traditional principles of common law. I'm not
- qualified to evaluate that claim, so I won't try to argue about it.
