  15.         An aquaintance has a requirement for a large quantity of
  16.         truly random values.  I believe the application for which
  17.         they are required is a genetic mutation simulator.

  19.         The way he has gone about getting this random data is a method
  20.         used in several encryption programs, namely asking the user to
  21.         type keys, and recording the intervals between keystrokes with
  22.         a hi-res timer.  In fact, I believe he threw together a TSR
  23.         which trapped keystroke intervals over the course of a day or
  24.         so, in order to get a sufficient quantity of data.

  26.         This is fine as a random bitstream, but for his application,
  27.         he needs a set of random _values_, in a defined range, with
  28.         the constraint that there must be at least one of each
  29.         possible value.  I am completely useless at stats, so could
  30.         people suggest how this might be achieved?
