  11. I am interested in writing a small encryption/decryption program (not for
  12. commercial release - for my own use) that uses RSA and/or DES.  Can anyone
  13. direct me to good sources of information that would enable me to implement
  14. these techniques from scratch?  (high level descriptions of the techniques
  15. aren't terribly useful, but they will do if you know of no other sources).
