- I am not an astronamer, don't even have a scope and hope to change that
- this week... but the book I'm reading says that the barlow will effectively
- double the focal length of the scope, thus increasing the eye relief
- for any given eyepiece. If one buys the barlow, the eye relief is better
- on the 17mm combination, you can use the 10.5 as a 6.5, and have better
- relief than with true 6mm. so I wonder why you never use your barlow?
