  13. Perseids - August 11/12 1992

  16.   Although I was plagued by an 80% cloudy sky, I watched for Perseids
  17. anyway and was rewarded with some very bright meteors. Between 4:03 am
  18. and 5:03 am EDT I saw six meteors, five of which were Perseids. One was
  19. -3 magnitude, another -2, one -1, and two 1st magnitude! Four of the five
  20. left persistent trains; and the train for the -3 Perseid shone through
  21. the clouds!
