  23. Probably the Veterans of Foreign Wars could help you. I was told that if
  24. you wanted a flag ceremony (and even a flag for your troop) to call up the
  25. VFW and they would come out and show your troop how to show respect for
  26. the flag. I'm sure they would know what to do when the flag is ready to
  27. go. I think you're supposed to burn it, but I'm not sure.
