- I'm 26, 6' and 162 lbs.

- 5K - 18 mins 12
- 10k - 37mins 20
- marathon - no idea, though I'd say 3 hrs 30 to 3 hrs 45 would be about right

- I'm not a runner at all, I'm a rower, and I've only run these distances
- competitively once - I know after the mile I was feeling I could have gone
- faster.

- strong and fit enough to cope with a race that starts with a sprint,
- carries on at anaerobic threshold for the middle and then finishes with a
- sprint.
