- Ray is incorrect. The original poster is correct. Endurance runners have
- greater protein needs that any bodybuilder. (Because the body uses
- protein for some of its energy needs as the activity takes more time,
- especially beyond one hour.)

- Body builders refuse to believe how little of the protein they are
- consuming is used to build increased muscle. Many continue to adhere
- to old myths abouts the amount of protein required, and use anecdotal
- evidence to "prove" their beliefs, rather than citing valid scientific
- findings.
