- I have been running for about 3 months. I started out easy (1 mile - 3 times a week).
- Slowly I have been working the distance up. Now I run (4 miles 4 times a week).
-
- Lately I have been having breathing problem about 2 miles into to run. I just
- can't get very much air into my lungs, they seem to tighten up. I had no
- problems before.
-
- Had no problem with 4/4 combo for 2 weeks and was getting happy with the results. I
- was thinking of even going for another increase before this problem.
-
- Background: Asthama problem 8 years ago.
- No cold, flu, illness, etc...
- Hayfever problem, but hasn't ever affected lungs before.
- Active in other activities (golf, b-ball, v-ball, weightlifting, tennis, biking).
-
- Does any one have an idea of what the problem is?
