- Not quite. Zatopek was said to have excellent running form *from the waist
- down*, which is what the stride analyst was looking for. Also, I'd sort of
- suspect that these guys have analyzed the strides of all the top runners
- they can find, perhaps even including films of Zatopek, etc. My impression
- was that the "analysis" done during the marathon was a bit quick and dirty.
- In the lab, I would imagine the guy would at least be using a straight-edge
- to draw his lines. ;-)
