  11. It seems that the schedule is a rational as possible given the 
  12. time constraints on the T&F schedule as a whole. 
  13. Also, consider the fan's double. They want to see swimming and T&F or
  14. gymnastics and T&F.  Eventually, the Olympics would need 2 or 3 months
  15. to complete and make every possible permutation possible for fan and
  16. athlete.
