- Hi there,
- I have an OS 46SF side exhaust , which I ran a 10X7, 10X6, 11X6, and even a
- 12X6 on for fun. It is ABC and I just run 6-8 flights with muffler to run it
- in, set up maybe 1-2 clicks rich from flat out. start running in on the fuel
- you intend to run full time. If you dont have a muffler, start with the pipe
- long an a 10X6 so it wont come right on (if at all). Long also runs quiet.
- From memory I ran the 11X6 on it with exhaust face to crown of pipe about 13",
- about 1/2 to 3/4 shorter for 10X6. another writers 9 some inches sounds VERY
- short to me. start so it sounds like its coming on on the ground, then fly.
- if it comes on in a shallow dive its short; if your level flight is ok, but
- your verticals GOOD, its about right; if its quiet and vertical great, its long
