  14. I have an 1988 Pontiac Grand Am.  A problem I have been having is that
  15. everytime I decellerate my oil pressure drops drastically.  If I have to
  16. brake hard, the severe condition warning light kicks on.

  18. The oil level seems to be correct and the gauage cluster seems to be in
  19. correct working form.  I have theorized a possible problem with the
  20. oil pump.  Has anyone else had any of the same problems?
