  23. Mmmm.  There is a small chance that the EEC is stuck in test mode.  If so, the
  24. engine will idle stably at above 1000rpm.  Ford should have caught this if it
  25. is the case but you might want to double check.  If you see any code before
  26. you activate self test or you do not see any code after you activate self
  27. test, the EEC might have stuck in the test mode.
