- The real reason is federal regulation. The Congress passed a law requiring
- fleets to have a set percentage of their vehicle powered by alternative
- fuels. This will guarantee a market for these cars. Most fleet vehicles
- are used on a daily basis and can be re-fueled at a central site. If
- this works, it prove the viability of the concept of alternative fueled
- vehicle for the masses.(For some cases)
