- In my hometown, the school buses were converted over to natural gas
- while I was in high school. As I understand, the conversion was fairly
- easy to do - mainly adding some big tanks to hold the gas. (This was
- about ten years ago).

- One of my teachers at the time was on the city council and knew a little
- bit about the reasons for the conversion. One of the big reasons, he said,
- was that the school district expected to save money in the long run because
- the drivers could no longer siphon gasoline out of the tanks for their
- own use! This makes some sense, as most all conversions to natural gas
- are of fleets!
