- The strange noise begins when you start off and put the car into drive
- after the car has been parked. It sounds like a cable being released
- under the car, which transmits a noise or vibration through the brake
- pedal. The dealer says that it is the computer checking the ABS brake
- system. This does not sound right to me, because the noise is inter-
- mittant and does not always do it. Sometimes it does it while I am back-
- ing up once again after being parked and the car has been restarted.
- Any advice on this problem would be appreciated. Send personal E-mail
