  16. NO, Do NOT assume this. An 'R' rated tire is the lowest rated tire they
  17. make and a 'V' rated tire is one of the top. The speed and traction
  18. rates are DRASTICALLY different. Use of these dis-similar tires on your
  19. vehicle can and probably will cause a disasterous and possibly fatal
  20. accident.
  21. Verify the rating via the Tire Rack AND another Goodyear distributor.
