  13. I would suggest purchasing a shop manual on your auto.  Take a
  14. look in it, and see if clutch adjustment is necessary.  It sounds
  15. like your clutch is pooched to me, but maybe you'll get lucky.
  16. If you want to replace it yourself, again, buy the manual, and
  17. read through the procedures mentioned.  It is not an easy job!

  19. With regards to your clunking sounds in the steering, why not
  20. have a friend turn the wheel back and forth while you have your
  21. head underneath the car.  Maybe you will be able to see what is
  22. hitting.  A set of jack stands would make this much easier.
