  15. Recently I replaced a headlight in my 1985 ford tempo. The car is due
  16. to go thru inspection and I'm almost sure they're going to fail it for
  17. the headlamp not being properly adjusted. My questions is how does a
  18. regular Joe Blow know when the light is properly adjusted? I know where
  19. the adjustments screws are and I also know there must be Specs somewhere 
  20. but what's properly adjusted
