  11. My '91 Ford Explorer cannot be put into
  12. 4 wheel drive when it's at operating temperature,
  13. i.e., after being driven (in 2 wheel drive mode)
  14. for , say a half hour. It *will* enter the 4 wheel
  15. drive mode when it's cold, e.g., first thing in
  16. the morning.
