  11. I have a 10 year old pair of Avid 100 speakers, one of which has blown its
  12. tweeter.  Avid no longer makes speakers and told me when I called that they
  13. have no replacement parts.  What kind of results am I likely to get if I
  14. buy some off-the-shelf tweeter that fits the mounting hole?  Or is the
  15. tweeter so closely matched to the crossover that this won't work well.
  16. Can someone suggest a supplier for such things?
