- n my original article, I forgot to ask a question that I had in mind while
- writing it. I mentioned that I would prefer to buy from the local stereo
- boutique (for reasons of warranty/support), but would prefer not to pay their
- prices. Sounds pretty typical, no? I'm eager to hear opinions on how
- appropriate it would be, and how much success I would likely have if I
- explained that to my salesman at the local high-end shop. Do these shops
- ever have any "give" in their prices when confronted with this sort of
- situation? I understand that stores vary, but I guess I'm looking for the
- most likely/common result. Again, any help you can provide would be
- most appreciated.
