  16.     I'm thinking about buying a house, and wondering if anybody out
  17. there has any recommendations for a realtor (either good or bad).

  19.     I apologize if this isn't the right place for this question, or if
  20. this is on an FAQ somewhere. I recall seeing correspondence about
  21. realtors in the past -- if anybody out there kept a file on it, please
  22. email it to me if you have it handy.
