  22. Doreen, start with your local public library!  The reference librarians are
  23. probably the most under-utilized resource for writers.  You may be looking
  24. for "Literary Marketplace" - a very big and expensive yearly guide.  Also
  25. check "Writer's Handbook" and "Writer's Market" guides.  These are also
  26. published yearly.  They are also less expensive and are offered by many
  27. book clubs at a reduced price.
