- Doreen, start with your local public library! The reference librarians are
- probably the most under-utilized resource for writers. You may be looking
- for "Literary Marketplace" - a very big and expensive yearly guide. Also
- check "Writer's Handbook" and "Writer's Market" guides. These are also
- published yearly. They are also less expensive and are offered by many
- book clubs at a reduced price.
