  19. CSUN Announces Call for Papers
  20. for Eighth Annual, International Conference,
  21. "Technology and Persons with Disabilities"
  22.  
  23. A Call for Papers is available from CSUN for their Eighth Annual,
  24. International Conference, "Technology and Persons with Disabilities,"
  25. to be held at the LAX Marriott Hotel, March 17-21, 1993.  Papers
  26. are due on or before October 15.  Decisions will be made in early
  27. November. All presentations are one hour in duration.

  29. CSUN's conference is a potpourri across all disabilities and all
  30. applications.  Papers are especially solicited for two special
  31. "mini-conferences" which were big hits in 1992: (1) Virtual Reality
  32. and (2) Speech Recognition.
  33.  
  34. The 1992 conference drew 2,200 participants, 276 speakers and
  35. 102 exhibitors.
