- There was a straight up-and-down vote by the convention as to whether it
- would hear your case. If the vote had been in the affirmative, you'd
- have been given ample opportunity to state your case. Remember also
- that you had distributed to what I assume was a wide variety of movers
- and shakers in the NFB tapes designed to put your case for retension as
- a member of the organization. Given that many members had read your
- materials, I should say that they had at least a modicum of information
- upon which to base their vote.

- The convention voted not to hear your case -- I know; I was there -- and
- thus let the decision of the Board of Directors stand.

- believe otherwise. So be it.
