  14. I'm trying to start up a music production business, and am having 
  15. trouble financing (no credit, no co-signer, sigh), and would like
  16. to know where I can get into on government grants and loans for
  17. small business.

  19. Anybody out there ever used them before?  I've seen them advertised
  20. all over, but never tried them out yet.

  22. Also, if anybody out there knows how to raise about $15k in order to 
  23. start a business, could you give me some pointers?
