- Personally I think all the weight loss programs are just gimmicks, nothing
- more. More than 80% of those who go on such diets gain their original
- weight back within a year (Mirkin Report). To reduce weight, there are
- ONLY THREE SIMPLE RULES: 1.cut all fat and grease from your meals (this
- takes a lot of will-power) 2. increase fiber intake 3. exercise.
