  15.      I need some advice on equipment for producing or printing (if it's
  16. possible to buy the blank cards) of plastic cards (like atm, credit etc.).
  17. I'm especially interested in the most inexpensive way to get started (willing 
  18. to use manual equipoment if necessary).
