  13.     I have recently been turned down for credit and after having
  14. obtained my credit report, I noticed some major errors on the report.
  15. And I was wondering if anybody had any example of an effective and
  16. forceful letter that I could send out.  Not being a lawyer, I am
  17. not really sure what the letter should contain and what the app-
  18. ropriate format is...
