  12. I recommend you find a small, family-run, vacuum repair shop that
  13. sells new, used, and reconditioned vacuum cleaners. I would trust
  14. the advice of a repairman before I would listen to a salesman who
  15. is not also a repairman.

  17. You're not going to find these businesses in shopping malls, but you will
  18. find them about town and listed in the Yellow Pages.
