- I bought one of those recently. They do not pull in the shortwave stations very
- well unless you put up an external antenna. A long wire plugged into the
- antenna jack and draped over the highest point in the room worked well for me
- as an apartment dweller. They sell a pre-amplifier for it now. I would
- recommend buying that also.

- I found it to be somewhat flimsily designed, the case was lightly built. But if
- you don't expect top quality and if you don't drop it too many times it is
- perfectly servicable.
