  28.            I have ordered microcomputer stuff by mail several times,
  29.    the quality and services have been good.  I had to use the warranty
  30.  once and it worked fine.  I think the specific vendor you got has
  31.  problems.  Check alt.computers.forsale  for  comments about
  32.   mail orders.
