- I had the locks rekeyed in my current and previous homes. In both cases,
- I removed the locks myself (can be easily done with a couple of screwdrivers)
- dropped them by a locksmith and picked them up an hour or so later. Cost
- of doing this was about $8 or $9 per cylinder (lock) plus a couple dollars
- for the keys.
