  16. That's excellent advice.  Some credit card insurance doesn't cover you at
  17. all if you take the CDW.  I've heard of cases where someone took the CDW
  18. "just to be sure," and had an accident of some sort.  The rental car
  19. company weaseled out of paying on the CDW and the credit card said tough,
  20. if you wanted our insurance you shouldn't have taken theirs.

  22. If you're still tempted to take CDW, just turn the contract over and look at
  23. all the situations in which CDW won't pay even if you have an accident.  In
  24. many cases the car company should more correctly call CDW "Free Money for Us."
