- It shouldn't make any difference; in fact, it should be to your
- advantage. While not having had a license for very long can be reason
- for higher rates (as being under 25 is), a "clean" driving record is
- just that: nothing on it. It's not like a credit report; you don't
- need to have had a few speeding tickets to prove you can drive ...
