  13. I personally had good luck ordering magazines from Pelligrino.  However, 
  14. my daughter ordered from him last fall and still has not received 
  15. anything.  She has written to Pelligrino twice requesting a refund and 
  16. left several messages on his answering machine.  He has ignored them all.  
  17. She even sent a letter certified, return reciept requested, so we know he 
  18. got it.

  20. Is anyone else still in a situation of haveing sent Pelligrino money and 
  21. received no magazines?  Has anyone contacted DEC, since he used a mail 
  22. account their to solicit subscriptions?  Has anyone written to the New 
  23. Hampshire Attorney General or the Postal Authorities?
